Cute, gothic and unique this piece of Special Jewellery makes a statement bracelet to enliven any outfit from a dead mouse found beneath my London floor boards.
Mice are everywhere in London & if you go back in history to the 1700's you'll find that they even nested in those tall pompadour hairstyles. The idea of pest control was a burgeoning science then and the method devised at that time was for a lady to have her maid place elegant silver mouse traps on the pillows around her head as she drifted off for the night. These traps were laden with temptations to entice the mice out lest they make an unwelcome appearance during a sophisticated dining event. Until 1980 there remained a jewellery shop named after this curious practice very near to Smithfields market in Clerkenwell. Having opened in 1690 'The Silver Mouse Trap' can lay claim to being the longest established jewellery shop in London and possibly the world.
It is my opinion that a woman with great jewellery is never underdressed and is always elegant even when in the company of mice.
This cute mouse bracelet, commemorating London’s bygone days, featuring an actual mouse immortalised in solid silver, is bound to delight as it scampers cheekily around any lady's wrist.

A true conversation starter - this cheeky and daring design gives something transient a life forever. Before i cast my magic spell over this little corpse it may not have necessarily been considered to be beautiful, now this little fellow is undisputedly splendid made up of solid sterling silver with pellucid pink tourmalines for peepers.
