I have also made this special jewellery to commemorate new research onto the magpies mind, which demonstrates that they are the only birds who share with us a capacity for memory, appreciation, imagination & emotion. Indeed, they are unique amongst all birds and are hte only non mammal known to show mirror self recognition. Truly magnificent.
